At the heart of Junction FC is a commitment to support local youth and grassroots soccer. We aim to provide additional training opportunities for both youth and adult talents, ensuring that passion for the game transcends barriers. Our nonprofit philosophy strives to break the pay-to-play model and contribute to the existing Central Illinois soccer programs.

Josh Stebbins

Josh has been a resident of the Champaign Urbana area for the past 11 years. He began playing soccer in Milwaukee Wisconsin before moving back to Hoopeston Illinois for high school.

Before moving to Champaign he began coaching for the Hoopeston youth system. After some time away from coaching youth programs he joined Judah Christian School as the head coach for the boys soccer program where he would remain for 3 seasons. Now Assistant Coaching the Parkland College Men’s team. He also coaches the girls program for The High School of St. Thomas More were he began as an assistant and now holds the head coach role.

Outside of coaching and playing he is an avid supporter and co founder of the Central Illinois Gooners an Arsenal America supporters branch.

Josh believes hard work is one of the biggest key to success in any players career. “You can always see the passion and work rate someone has and skill can be built on top of that strong foundation.”

Goalkeeper Coach

Noy Radanavong

Noy was born in Laos and moved to the Champaign Urbana area in 1980. Noy Playing career consisted on Little Illini Soccer Club and Urbana High School where he graduated from.

Noy Played goalkeeper at Southwestern Illinois College and continues to play and coach to this day.

Noy’s most recent coaching experience is being the goalkeeping coach for Parkland College Men’s Soccer team.

“When I train goalkeepers. I train them to be disciplined, Mentally tough, technical and fitness. I want them to be ready for game time.
